Return Process
Your return is on us! Just follow these easy steps below
We offer a full return on unboxed SensaV packaging within seven 30) working days from the day the goods are delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, you must follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Contact us at care@sensav.com to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization). We cannot accept your return and issue a refund without an RMA clearly labelled on your return.
STEP 2: Ensure you return the product in its original packaging.
STEP 3: You are responsible for return shipping. If the product(s) you are returning exceeds a RM300 value, we recommend including a tracking option or shipping insurance as an additional security measure.
STEP 4: After receiving your return to our designated address provided to you, we will verify the contents and your proof of purchase. We will send you an email confirming the status of your refund. Please allow one (1) to three (3) working days for this step.
STEP 5: Once your refund is approved, your purchase will be refunded to your original method of payment or Exchange or SensaV Gift Card. Please allow twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours for us to execute the refund after receiving our confirmation email.

We will fully refund and/or replace an order when:
- You are not satisfied with the products you have received
- You receive the wrong order, or missing items in your order
- Your package gets returned from customs due to product restrictions
- Your package is returned because of an undeliverable address
* No returns are necessary if your order is below RM100. Simply submit your request within the appropriate time frame. We are committed to giving you the best experience with our products and guarantee 100% satisfaction with every order.
Please note: We do not refund for shipping and handling fee on returned items. We recommend using our courier partners for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.
